Coke Pushing Machine  is the main equipment of DHHI coke oven machinery, including two types of top charging and stamping, with heights of coking chamber of 4.3m,5m, 5.5m, 6m, 6.2m, 7m and 7.63m, which were supplied for the major projects of domestic and abroad.The technology reach the level of domestic leading and international advanced.

Function:

The coke pushing machine is a mobile machinery that travels on the rails at the machine-side of coke oven and carries out a series of operations according to the 5-2 spotting sequence. The main functions are: to open and close the machine-side oven doors; to push the hot coke out of the charring chamber; to clean the oven door and jamb; to dispose the spillage coke.This machine will be operated by the operator in the operator’s cab. The traveling mechanism will be manually operated. Other mechanisms will be automatically or manually operated via the pushbuttons.
